The app nails the basics of what you'd want out of package tracking. The details are the cherry on top. From the color-coding, to the clipboard detection, to the addition of lesser-known carriers over time, the design shows developer's commitment now and into the future. It never stops delighting me!

I really love this app. It works with so many services and it makes my life a lot easier. The two changes I’d like to to see are: 1. Ability to save logins for shipping services. This way anytime you asked the app to track on the shipper’s website, it would have you logged in for additional info, and 2. the ability to see amazon’s truck tracking info. This may not be possible due to amazon’s settings/restrictions, but it would be cool to get everything from this app without having to do to amazon.com.

It’s incredibly helpful to put all tracking numbers into one app and see at a glance when to expect deliveries.

I was just really anxious abt my package not arriving since its a few days late I thought courier crashed but no package is almost here nd I only know this thanks to this app

I have yet to have an issue regardless of the courier. It’s a clean and basic UI.

It’s a decent app, but it’s gotten slower over time, and I have two problems: First, background updates are really slow a lot of the time. Just now, I checked the status of a delivery and Parcel showed that its delivery information was unavailable. But going to the USPS site showed it was in their possession. Attempting to refresh the information did not help. A competing app, 17TRACK showed it just fine. It’s as if they cache the information on a server and update the cache periodically (perhaps very slowly when under load). I get that, but a local refresh should always check the source. The second thing is that updates from the list view take forever (in item view, it’s quick). I don’t know why a refresh needs to take that long when I have only one active delivery. It’s almost as if it attempts to refresh all the old deliveries.

This is by far the best parcel tracking app that I have found to date. There was another one, but they stopped updating it. This one is flawless integration with Amazon. Is just an added bonus.

I’ve been using Parcel for over a year now and can’t imagine cancelling my subscription. The app’s design is clean and user-friendly which makes it easy to navigate. I also love that I can use it on my Mac. It supports basically every carrier so I never worry about whether my packages can be tracked. The subscription is very affordable for the convenience it offers. It has all the essential features you could want in a package tracker and it’s absolutely worth it!

For the fee, they ought to let you archive your shipments, but they don't. Instead, there's an arbitrary limit.

This app is extremely simple and useful. I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I can add a bunch of tracking numbers from multiple carriers and get notifications for all these packages from just one app. I appreciate how simple this app is, and doesn’t try to do unnecessary things like the Shop.com app I used in the past.

Title says it all. From what I’ve seen, Parcel is probably going to be THE best free multi-carrier package tracking app available. I’ve used it for the longest time and it has always been good. With the ability to track multiple packages (I think you must subscribe to track more than like three or so, or something like that) and the app updating your packages status pretty dang soon after it’s updated on the carrier’s main servers. Because I’ve seen some apps that don’t update package statuses until an hour or more after it’s actually updated in the carriers system…. There is ONE other app out there that I used a while ago and it had EVERYTHING, all the bells and whistles and it updated your status in app the very moment that it was updated on the carriers servers. But I can’t remember what the app was…. But regardless, it doesn’t matter so much as I have Parcel here, which is a very VERY good multi carrier tracking app. Get it, seriously, you won’t be disappointed.

I love how easy it is. I used the free version for a while, but now pay the yearly subscription to support the app so it stays around.

This app is great for tracking packages from many different carriers. Integrates with Amazon and everything. The paid subscription is worth it. Very minimal yearly fee and you can track as many packages as you want.

I have been a faithful user of this app for years. Now, suddenly there is a limit to how many USPS packages I can track in a month. Not a private carrier, USPS! This is WITH a premium subscription, too! This is pathetic and I will be finding another app to use.

I tried this to replace the now defunct Deliveries. For the most part it does what I want. It certainly tracks across a lot of services, which is great! Amazon integration mostly it works great, and it can be set to alert you when it needs fixing. I like it enough that the things that don’t work great stick out. I hit an issue where it said I had too many deliveries on the app and had to delete old ones to keep using it. It does not seem have an archiving feature (where old entries are just saved but no longer tracked) and I was really disappointed by that. It also doesn’t seem to have to an option to auto delete the oldest delivered entry, so you can either delete things by hand or bulk delete everything that’s been delivered. Neither of which is great. I’d love if you could list a single tracking number with multiple services. For international deliveries it will offer to switch from Royal Mail to USPS (for example) but I’d rather it integrate info from both into one entry. Sometimes they’re both still updated with useful info so for now I just add them twice and don’t let it switch, but that leads to hitting max entries faster. I also wish it would autocomplete the name based on previous tracked parcels. It’s a small thing but would save a lot of effort.

The UI? Smooth. The functionality? Flawless victory. More responsive than a customer service hotline. Sometimes I whisper “where are you” … to packages… Now when I do that I have a shortcut that opens this app! OK I don’t, but Parcel is rad.

Really great app for tracking package deliveries. Just add the tracking info and you get notifications pushed to you as the status is updated in the various systems. Can also be added as calendar event. I used the free version for years and finally used it enough to justify $5 for the years. Great deal. Really cannot go wrong w this one.

When I buy something I do not want 10,000 emails and text messages from that company with advertising and tracking rolled into one. I need them to tell me they accepted my order and send me the tracking information. Then Parcel keeps it all in one place. No fuss no muss.

This app replaces the now horrible Deliveries app. This app is **very slow** in updating the shipment status---up to an hour or more not updating the information that is available on the shippers' websites. Much slower than the Deliveries app. Also, there is no manual sorting. This is necessary since the sorting options do not always sort the delivery dates properly---especially the "unknown" delivery dates that I have obtained from the shippers an estimated delivery date. I have repeatedly asked for a manual sorting option, which I'd absolutely needed, but still no option. The developer is responsive but to date has not addressed the above major 2 flaws. I continue to look for a better package delivery app. The Deliveries app was the best, but no longer.

So far I’ve used it to track multiple items, this app provides details even when other sites or even your source informs you there isn’t any information yet. No invasive ads, Not yet one request or pop up to purchase anything, just straight to the point, simple and easy to use. This app is practically charity.

The app does exactly what I need and for a reasonable price. I like the paid version because of its integrations.

I have to say this app delivers exactly what you are looking for when it comes to a Package tracker. It integrates as a plug-in to Amazon to Temu, etc. basically works hand-in-hand with all the big apps and I’m sure more that I don’t know about it integrates perfectly with my watch and on the watch, it will have a little icon whether it’s in transit it will be a truck if it’s somewhere else it’ll be a different icon. If it’s doing something else it will be a different icon. It’s really cool. I enjoy this app thoroughly and I recommend it’s anybody who gets packages on the regular cheers.

As someone who makes most of their purchases online, Parcel is one of my most frequently used and essential apps. It’s simple and it works well. Kudos to the developer(s).

I use this to track incoming shipments for our small business. What a time saver. Worth way more than $5 per year!

This app makes it easy to compile your different shipments into one place to keep track of what’s coming. What’s going. Being able to login to a major account like Amazon is even more helpful. If you’re going through a phase, where you have multiple packages coming in at one time., It makes it really helpful to organize and keep track.

I’ve actually been using this app for years and it’s gotten much better over time. I get many deliveries so it’s helpful that I can track them all from my many devices. The one annoying thing is that you seem to have to constantly sign into your Amazon account for it to auto track your purchases. Other than that, it’s a great app to have so that you don’t have a separate app for every shipper. I’m gonna give it 4 stars for now until they fix the Amazon constant sign in thing.

Premium subscriber here. I live in a area where if I miss delivery it’ll surely be stolen. I needed something that would give me all the delivery info all in one place. This app looked like a good choice. Surely it has lot of potentials. But I still miss deliveries. Because of the delay. Sometimes it doesn’t give me the push notification. And sometimes it doesn’t even update the delivery info for hours. So i still have to check every item from their respective delivery service. That’s a shame. If they can fix these issues I would recommend it.

A lovely little app doing the best it can to continue working despite the limitations that carriers put on third party trackers. Good job Parcel, it’s a hard world out there.

Subscribed to the app and enjoy the functionality more than other shipment tracking apps. Amazon integration is a very nice touch. Ideal (5 stars) for me would be to include UPS and and FedEx integration as well, so I could login and automatically identify shipments on my UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager profiles.

I’ve been using this app for a VERY VERY long time. I honestly don’t know how many years lol but this app is SIMPLE, gets straight to the point and as a widget in my home screen, VERY RELIABLE! I will always use this app! Thank you to the devs! I very much appreciate it!

I’ve been using this app for a few years. Just copy the tracking number from the sender’s email, paste into Parcel and name it what you want. So easy and convenient! No digging through email and logging into various sites. I ❤️ Parcel!

The app does track deliveries but doesn’t respect the “add events only” setting in privacy, therefore it deletes events from my calendar. The developer has expressed no interest in fixing this as I’ve asked several times. The privacy policy isn’t great either.

This app is great and I’ve been using it ever since other apps on the market started saving more and more personal data. Just recently I noticed I cannot find USPS, or UPS on the carrier list. I’m not sure if this has been addressed before, but I thought it mention it just in case

Shows location of tracked package on map. It seems like I use this app almost daily. I’ve tried a couple other tracking apps but this is the one I settled on. It works. A year or so on: I still use it several times per week.

I use this app all the time to track things I have ordered. It works beautifully all the time.

The app is great and works flawlessly. However, don’t get enough packages to warrant a subscription. I would have been happy to purchase it outright.
